| News: Stephen Fry on An Unearthly Child Posted: 22 Oct 2008 11:02 AM CDT Genius and wit Stephen Fry has spoken to SFX Magazine about his early memories of Doctor Who as part of their celebration of Doctor Who's 45th anniversary in November. They're memories of valve-powered, castor-rolling, drinks cabinet television sets and all of the typically upper class stuff one might expect from a chap like Fry, whose family were moving house the week after Doctor Who began it's historic run... The week before we moved, the BBC started a new drama, starring William... | ||
| News: Has Tom Got News For You! Posted: 22 Oct 2008 09:37 AM CDT Best news of the week has to be Tom Baker's forthcoming appearance on BBC One's Friday night comedy news panel game Have I Got News For You on Friday October 31st at 9pm. His first time as guest presenter, Tom has appeared as a guest panelist back in (according to SFX but I could have sworn it was earlier!) the past, notably a little while after release of his memoirs Who On Earth is Tom Baker? back in 1998. Plus with the man behind th evoice of Sarah Jane's supercomputer Mr Smith -... | ||

| Posted: 22 Oct 2008 12:34 AM CDT Some information has fallen in my lap regarding some up-coming filming for Torchwood Series 3. Spoilerphobes, look away now.... They are due to shoot, very shortly, in a Cardiff School play ground. The pupils there are rehearsing a scene where they have to play as usual, but stop and freeze on a certain command and say a line in unison. There will then be some as yet un-disclosed action with a child actor 'planted' amongst them. At present, they have not been told the line they wil say on the day, so are using Mary Had a Little Lamb to rehearse! Whatever can this all mean? More when I get it! | ||
