News: Freema: Nothing Confirmed

Posted: 01 Mar 2009 05:48 AM PST

Freema Agyeman has been interviewed in the Manchester Evening News recently, with Law & Order (Mondays, 9pm ITV1) once again the main talking point. Of course in amongst all of that legal jargon and references to Freema's time on Crossroads and childhood dreams of being a doctor while her sister dreamed of being a lawyer, there's the obligatory Doctor Who questions. As of the time of the interview, there's no confirmation - certainly none that Freema will admit to: “I know...

Posted: 28 Feb 2009 08:22 PM PST

It looks as though everyone has an opinion on Doctor Who these days - not least the star of Frost/Nixon, Michael Sheen. Quoted in the Cardiff Evening Post, Welshman Sheen - who has portrayed Tony Blair, Kenneth Williams and latterly a younger David Frost in the movie Frost/Nixon opposite Frank Langella (and plays the incomparable Brian Clough in the upcoming Damned United) - compares the change in the Doctor Who production regime to the casting of Daniel Craig as James Bond. "For...
