Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy has again expressed his feeling that Matt Smith has an interesting look, and that it's important for the incoming Eleventh Doctor to "put his own slant" on the part, reports Digital Spy. Final ratings are now available for the repeat transmissions of Planet of the Dead. The Easter Monday BBC One outing was watched by 1.98 million viewers, a rise of 10% over the initial reported figure. The fourth showing, on BBC Three on Friday, got 0.56 million watching. In addition over 670,000 started iPlayer downloads or streams of the episode. The total audience for the programme, including the repeat showings, was 13.89 million.
