| News: Future of 2Entertain to be Decided Posted: 14 Jun 2009 05:50 PM PDT A High Court hearing involving BBC Worldwide and their stake in Doctor Who DVD publishing business 2Entertain took place on Friday as administrators attempt to tidy up the collapse of Woolworths which also had a stake in 2Entertain. BBCW claims that following the Woolworth's collapse in November 2009, a contractual clause was triggered which reverted 2Entertain's rights to BBC content back to BBCW. Administrators Deloitte want the court to make a judgement on how much the material is worth -... | ||
| Posted: 14 Jun 2009 08:43 AM PDT The Daleks plans for the conquest of Earth have become even more audacious it seems as this week one was spotted holed up in a florists in Crawley, West Sussex. The hand built Dalek is adorned in flowers and wields a handbag - but don't be fooled, it is still a deathly killing machine. Just try telling that to shop owner Sally Mills. "We have had quite a bit of interest from people in the town "Everyone has asked questions. We are selling it for a friend, it has been a bit of... | ||
| News: Exterminate Market Researchers! Posted: 14 Jun 2009 07:55 AM PDT Exterminate! - the cry of Doctor Who villains the Daleks - is the third most popular TV catchphrase among children, a poll of adults has revealed. I'd wager that the majority of children using the term "D'oh!" don't even recognise it as... | ||

| Posted: 13 Jun 2009 10:52 PM PDT He's not quite post-Who as yet - there's more than likely a lot of publicity to come in the backend of 2010 - but David Tennant is certainly moving in with his career. Although he is doing it by popping back to Hamlet. It seems that recording of the recent RSC production is underway, something that will likely utilise either an already built set for another production of the play or a stripped down set with the focus on the actors performance. David Tennant, Patrick Stewart and almost all of... | ||
