| Posted: 19 Sep 2008 06:52 AM CDT The new issue of SFX landed on my mat this morning .... and there on page 88 is a smashing full page interview and profile with Lis Sladen! She talks of filming for series 2 of the Sarah-Jane Adventures, cutting one of David Tennant's lines in Journeys End (by accident) and working with Nicholas Courteney again. Plus there is a bit of a spoiler about the fate of the Jackson's ... SFX hits shops next week .. but since I subscribe, and subscribers get lovely covers with no writing on, I cant actually tell you how much it costs as mine has no price on it! Just a rather good Zachary Quinto picture...... sorry about that! | ||

| Hype Alert! It's Merlin, Folks!! Posted: 18 Sep 2008 10:40 PM CDT Yep, right now us folks in the UK are being bombarded with all sorts of promotional material (adverts, magazine interviews, billboards, you name it) for the BBC's latest Saturday night fantasy filler, Merlin. The series, devised by Julian Murphy and Johnny Caps of Hex fame, had been in development hell for a number of years - at one point former Torchwood producer/writer Chris Chibnall was in talks about creating a Sunday evening series devoted to the character of Merlin, who originates from the King Arthur legend.
FILMING TORCHWOOD'S THIRD SERIES HAS TAKEN ITS TOLL ON POOR EVE MYLES Episode one features Eve Myles, quite possibly as you've never seen her before - as a witch! DigitalSpy have reported on an interview that Wales Online conducted with the star, regarding her appearence in the show. Sounds very promising, then. | ||
