Kopic's Doctor Who & Torchwood News |
| Posted: 12 Jun 2008 11:59 AM CDT Hello everyone! With so little news about, it's taken me a while to find something interesting and worthwhile for my first post, but then I found something: Over the next few months several members of the Torchwood cast are venturing out all over the world to various conventions and events. Want to go and see them? Here's a list of what's coming up: (some have been mentioned before, but I'll list them anyway) 28th June: Gareth David-Lloyd will be signing his audiobook "The Call of Cthulhu" at 'Nostalagia and Comics' in Birmingham 11am-1pm. Later that day, he'll be moving onto 'Forbidden Planet' in Cardiff 4pm-6pm 11th-13th July: Gareth will be at 'Polaris 22' in Toronto, Canada. 12th-13th July: Tom Price and Kai Owen will be at the 'Bad Wolf' convention in Birmingham along with Doctor Who stars including Peter Davison and Georgia Moffett. 24th-27th July: Gareth David-Lloyd and John Barrowman will be at 'San Diego Comic-Con', over in US. 29th August - 1st September: Gareth will be at 'Dragon*Con' in Atlanta, Georgia. James Marsters may also be there, depending on whether he's busy filming or not. 17th-19th October: This is the (unofficial) Torchwood convention, 'The Hub'. Currently attending are Naoko Mori, John Barrowman, Kai Owen and Paul Kasey. Dont forget, John Barrowman is in panto, Robin Hood, back at the Birmingham Hippodrome 19th December 08 until 1st February 09. Kai Owen is also in panto - Dick Whittington at Venue Cymru, Llandudno 12th December 08 until 4th January 09. Think that covers just about everything, but let me know if I've missed something | ||
